We always use the finest ingredients to make all our cakes. As a base, all our cakes are baked using fresh milk, free-range eggs, butter, and flour. Our variety of ingredients ranging from Madagascan vanilla, Sicilian lemon curd to Belgian chocolate. We source only the finest quality ingredients to make our delicious cakes favours and chef-d’oeuvre.

We have a range of diverse cake flavours. Each tier is filled with at least 4 layers of moist and soft cake, filled with 3 layers of filling per tier. We fill our cakes with silky smooth buttercream and a variety of delicious fillings, including curds, jams, cheese cream.

Our cakes are coated with white or dark chocolate ganache for a fine pristine structure and then finally covered with fondant before decorating.

MADAGASCAN VANILLA

Madagascan Vanilla sponge cake filled with luxurious vanilla buttercream, or strawberry/raspberry preservatives.

RED VELVET

Moist and rich in colour red velvet cake filled with luxurious vanilla buttercream.

BELGIAN CHOCOLATE CAKE

A decadently moist chocolate cake made with Belgian chocolate and filled with chocolate meringue buttercream or vanilla buttercream

DELUXE CARROT CAKE

A scrumptiously moist and subtly spiced carrot pecan nut or walnut (optional) with vanilla buttercream.

TIRAMISU

Moist espresso cake with Tia Maria infused buttercream and chocolate ganache filling.

LUSCIOUS LEMON CAKE

Lemon Sponge cake filled with lemon buttercream and lemon curd.

RASPBERRY & WHILE CHOCOLATE

Delicious vanilla sponge dotted with raspberries and filled with a white chocolate buttercream

COOKIES & CREAM

Moist Vanilla Bean cake filled with layers of vanilla buttercream, chocolate cookie crumble and chocolate ganache.

EXQUISITE CARIBBEAN RUM CAKE

A delicious spiced traditional Caribbean cake, rich and moist, with a deep flavour of fruits marinated in Caribbean rum and Tawny Port for at least 3 months.
