We always use the finest ingredients to make all our cakes. As a base, all our cakes are baked using fresh milk, free-range eggs, butter, and flour. Our variety of ingredients ranging from Madagascan vanilla, Sicilian lemon curd to Belgian chocolate. We source only the finest quality ingredients to make our delicious cakes favours and chef-d’oeuvre.
We have a range of diverse cake flavours. Each tier is filled with at least 4 layers of moist and soft cake, filled with 3 layers of filling per tier. We fill our cakes with silky smooth buttercream and a variety of delicious fillings, including curds, jams, cheese cream.
Our cakes are coated with white or dark chocolate ganache for a fine pristine structure and then finally covered with fondant before decorating.
